Death of resident following fire in Menai Bridge
PostedA man has died following a fire in Menai Bridge.
North Wales Fire and Rescue Service were called to a property on Penmynydd Road, Menai Bridge at 17:27 yesterday (Sunday 20th April).
One crew from Bangor and once crew from Benllech attended.
Sadly, the body of a man was found outside the property, and he was later tragically pronounced dead.
Mike Owen from North Wales Fire and Rescue Service said: “Our deepest sympathies are extended to the family and friends of this gentleman at this difficult time.
“The cause of the fire has yet to be determined and is now subject to a joint investigation.”
